Not happy with your purchase? Here's how to return it.
- 1Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 2Have your order number ready — you'll find it on the receipt or in your account.
- 3The item must be unused and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- 4Bring the item to our Pretoria CBD store, or hand it to our delivery rider on a return trip.
- 5Refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Uniforms altered to fit a specific school badge or embroidered are non-refundable unless faulty. Perishable items and personal-care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
